Zeta 5000 is the key product in the CEM family. It uses a fan of light to scan the particles in the centre of the stack, where particles are concentrated and the gas flow is greatest. This is different from the Tribo-Electric Probe technology which detects only those dust particles that collide with or pass close to the probe. It also differs from the traditional opacity sensor technology that detects only the particles passing through the narrow light beam through the centre of the stack.

This unique optical technology minimizes sampling uncertainty, avoids biased sampling and ensures satisfactory performance under the EN 14181 and EN 13284-2 standards. As a result, Zeta 5000 provides unsurpassed sensitivity, stability and repeatability.

Recently, Zeta 5000 has obtained MCERTS certification for particulate monitoring to ensure its quality demanded by European Standard EN 14181.
